Secundo is a company specialised in real estate sales in Spain. The well-known company has become leader on the Belgian market. Since 2009 its team of experts has been fulfilling the dream of a large number of clients: acquire a residence abroad.
However, Secundo’s brand image was losing ground and needed renewal, as well as its website. Explose was then approached to develop a global web strategy for the company.

modernise the identity
and the brand image

We developed a new look and feel based on the founding principles of their image whilst being fresher and more innovative. The logotype was reworked in order to make it more contemporary, elegant and balanced. The visual identity developed is global: iconography, typography, colourful atmosphere and examples of different versions (pamphlets, business cards, stationery,...). The style guide guarantees the coherence of the different adaptations, offline and online, whilst proclaiming the brand identity.

Highlight offers and services

The website highlights two essential points: the properties for sale and the quality of services ensuring the acquisition of these properties. The website is designed to enhance the imagery presenting villas, houses and apartments. The advanced search functionality fosters the access to information. The website is connected to the internal customer management system (CRM) for an efficient update of the properties data. The website strives to embody their service and to highlight the human dimension with an attractive presentation of the team and engaging clients' testimonials.

Promote initial contact

The website is Secundo’s main showcase, a major media for initial contacts with potential clients. Search engines are the main source of traffic. The referencing is a crucial issue for the company’s marketing strategy. The website as a whole was created in agreement with its actions of referencing : a clear content strategy, a user orientated design, as well as an optimised SEO friendly development.

a complementary tool

Secundo news is abundant : briefings, discovery stays, presence at a fair,... The newsletter is a complementary tool to the site allowing the communication with the subscribers possible. We created a template type based on the new identity. On the website, the form has been highlighted to convince visitors to subscribe.
