In 2013, P&T Luxembourg and LuxGSM have become POST Luxembourg. The No.1 postal and telecommunication services operator of the country trusted Explose for the web version of its new identity.
A several month collaboration with the POST teams allowed the redesign and the customisation of a multitude of medium: the sales portal, the dedicated websites (Group, Technologies, Philatélie, e-Services), a mobile app (CCP Conect), interactive terminals (Selfpost, Packup, les bancomats), etc.

The POST new identity, developed by Minale Design Strategy agency, had to be consistently applied to the Web with all the offline media.
Respecting the web constraints whilst giving a very attractive and contemporary visual experience: is the challenge we took-up.
the identity deployment
The challenge was to ensure a uniform identity whilst considering the specificities of each device and their various uses (multi-device websites, mobile apps, interactive terminals). In order to guarantee the sustainability of this new identity, we set up a digital style guide available online allowing any contractor to access the project resources (package of components and their use rules).
The launch was also accompanied by a didactic microsite explaining the new identity basis and describing the changes in order to prepare the clients to the transition.
Simultaneously, POST Luxembourg launched a campaign reminding that the company is “Partout avec vous”. A campaign for which we created a package of advertising banners distributed over a large number of national media (paperJam.lu, lessentiel.lu, rtl.lu, wort.lu, etc.).
